Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

By entering the contest, entrants grant INtouch with the Georgian Triangle the right to publish and use submitted photographs in print or electronic form in a future issue or issues, for advertising and promotion of the publication. The submitter certifies that the photo is my original work and has never been copyrighted or, if copyrighted, that I am the sole copyright owner. I understand that the photograph may be published on the publications web site. INtouch with the Georgian Triangle acknowledges that the photo will never be represented as theirs and that all copyright stays with the submiter. Only winning selections will be notified.
